Complaints & Dispute Resolution: We are committed to meeting, if not exceeding, our clients’ expectations whenever possible. As much as we make all attempts to provide best-practice service and standards, we recognise that issues do occur, and that dissatisfied clients have a right to complain and to have their complaint handled appropriately. A copy of our Complaint & Dispute Resolution policy can be found here. As noted in the policy, we are a member of the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA), who are an external Dispute Resolution body for disputes within the financial services industry. If your complaint cannot be resolved to your satisfaction by us, you have the right to refer the matter to the AFCA (whose details can be found at afca.org.au or in the attached Policy).
