TIC Insurance Brokers is a member of Steadfast, Australia’s largest insurance broker group. We use our membership with Steadfast to enable us to access broking resources and improve our ability to offer client’s policies with a broad range of insurers, products, coverage options, and pricing.

As a member of the National Insurance Brokers Association (NIBA), TIC Insurance Brokers are held to the highest standard of practice and professionalism, and are subject to the Insurance Brokers Code of Practice.

The Insurance Brokers Code of Practice (the Code) was developed by NIBA to complement the existing compliance and risk management frameworks within the insurance broking industry. As a subscriber to the Code, we work with the Insurance Brokers Code Compliance Committee to maintain service standards that meet the needs of consumers who engage our services. We uphold the conditions of the Code and therefore our value and purpose is to provide a level of client service that exceeds what is required by the law.

We deal only with APRA (Australian Prudential Regulatory Authority) approved insurers & specialist underwriting agencies to provide peace of mind that all policies placed are secure with an Insurer that will respond accordingly in the event of a claim.
